    Start a new challenge at Black Box as Internal Channel Account Manager! You will efficiently handle incoming enquiries and achieve the gross profit targets set, identify new business opportunities, generate leads and liaise with potential clients;  you will also need to develop, grow and maintain a sales channel of new and existing customers.


    • Develop new customers through the use of telephone calls
    • Research, generate, qualify and follow up leads
    • Produce and follow up on quotes and callbacks
    • Monitor and maintain customers to ensure consistent delivery of business within targets
    • Liaise with all relevant internal departments to ensure accounts are serviced correctly
    • Provide management with market feedback



    • Proactive, flexible, adaptable and tenacious
    • Proven, successful track record and a minimum of 2 years experience either within the channel or as a reseller account manager
    • Proven ability to consistently deliver sales targets and sales activity levels
    • Commercially astute and business focused
    • Objective and target driven while demonstrating a disciplined and committed approach
    • Experienced in developing new revenue streams by winning new customers of all sizes/profiles and across multiple sectors
    • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
    • Problem solving and solutions orientated with a strong desire to succeed in a challenging environment
    • Able to demonstrate strong skills in customer relationship building
    • Experienced in identifying new business opportunities within existing client accounts
    • Confidence to work independently when required


    • Advanced understanding of the market and competitors' products
    • Experience of Microsoft Dynamics AX
    • Experience of SalesForce.com
