    Join our international sales support team in our office in Utrecht.  

    Responsibilities

    • Support the transactional business of the Sales team by raising quotes and processing orders using our internal database system
    • Follow up on outstanding quotes and customer call backs
    • Keep and maintain consistent and accurate records in the database following customer contact
    • Handle all general and order specific customer enquiries within the account base, ensuring accuracy and orders shipped on time.
    • Liaising with EMEA Operation team to ensure accurate lead times and delivery schedules are communicated to customers.
    • Maintain a high level of inter departmental and customer / supplier communication.
    • Provide administrative support to Sales team as required
    • Any other function as deemed necessary by the Management Team

    Qualifications

    Skills, Knowledge, Abilities

    • Excellent telephone manner, communication and negotiation skills.
    • Fluency in English , other european languages are considered an asset, specially Nordic languages.
    • Customer services (internal and external) skills.
    • Must be PC Literate – MS Word, Excel, Outlook, databases, (pref) Microsoft Dynamics AX
    • Systematic, methodical approach with good organisational skills
    • Tenacious and proactive approach to work
    • Diligent and detail focused
    • Ability to work to deadlines

    Education/Experience Requirements

    • You finished your relevant education and have at least three (3) years of work experience.
    • You have solid experience in an administrative role (essential)
    • You have solid experience in a customer focused telephone role (desirable)
    • You are proactive, take initiative and are a self-starter
