  • Overview

    Our Field Support Engineers are all highly skilled specialists who assist customers with all hardware (PCs, biometric devices, routers), software and networking infrastructure issues.

     

    As Field Support Engineer, you operate in a fast-paced environment. You need to understand urgency, work hard, have commercial acumen and are customer service driven. Our customers internally and externally count on you daily. We challenge and support each other to overcome all issues.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Troubleshoot technical issues (desktop, network connectivity, etc) both in the customer’s environment as well as remotely.
    • Deliver an extraordinary level of customer service under pressure, whilst maintaining focus on solving the issue.
    • Accurately detail fixing steps and resolutions using our proprietary ticketing system.

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrated experience with Helpdesk/Desktop Support/Technical Support within an enterprise environment
    • Extensive experience working with PC software/hardware, Networking devices, Windows OS
    • Exposure to networking technology (Networking hardware, TCP/IP, LAN and WAN)
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
    • Flexible coverage schedule to accommodate occasional evening, weekend work
